The following criteria represent the key selection criteria. They do not constitute a legal entitlement to investment.


Additional aspects (e.g. team composition, opportunity–risk assessment, legal structure) will be considered during the multi-stage evaluation process.


Legal registration may be outside Ukraine for fundraising or investor-readiness reasons.
Our core impact criterion is where value creation takes place, measured primarily by jobs in Ukraine.

  • Must Have Criteria

    STAGE


    If you are a start-up, you are in pre-seed or seed stage.


    If you are a scale-up, you can demonstrate a clear development trajectory with substantial scale-up potential.


    BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY


    You operate in technology-driven fields (products, services, or platforms), including B2B, B2C, or B2G.


    You are a for-profit company.


    You can demonstrate a scalable and innovative business model.


    UKRAINE VALUE CREATION


    More than 50% of current or planned jobs are located in Ukraine.


    EXECUTION READINESS


    You are fully committed to executing the next business development step in case of a successful angel investment.


    Supported by our investment, you have a realistic pathway to the next funding phase (if required).


    You are ready to register a legal entity if not already registered.


    BASIC INVESTMENT READINESS


    You have a pitch deck available (a draft is acceptable).


    At least one core team member speaks good English.

  • Good to Have Criteria

    Your start-up or scale-up is registered in Ukraine, or plans to register in Ukraine. 


    You can demonstrate internationalization potential.


    Your product or service contributes to the recovery and resilience of Ukraine.


    An MVP or prototype already exists.


    You can demonstrate initial traction, pilot customers, or Letters of Intent (LoIs).
