Kitsoft Deutschland at Smart Country Convention 2025

Berlin, Germany (30 Sep - 02 Oct 2025) As shareholder and strategic partner of Kitsoft Deutschland, ua.ventures supported the company’s presence at the Smart Country Convention 2025 in Berlin — Europe’s largest GovTech event with more than 23,000 participants from the public sector, industry, and the broader GovTech ecosystem.

Kitsoft Deutschland presented its low-code / no-code digital public infrastructure solutions and held numerous discussions on the future of digital government in Germany.

Kitsoft is one of the core engineering contributors behind Ukraine’s Diia ecosystem and its underlying digital public infrastructure, bringing extensive experience from large-scale national deployments.

For ua.ventures, this engagement is part of providing smart capital: not only investment, but hands-on operational and strategic support for market entry, positioning, and partnerships. As angel investors, we actively help build the corridor for Ukrainian GovTech to scale in European markets.

The event also confirmed a familiar pattern: Germany is technologically capable but institutionally conservative, especially in GovTech. Successful market entry requires a precise understanding of administrative logic, stakeholder networks, and public-sector expectations.

Kitsoft’s engineering depth and high-load experience from Ukraine are directly relevant for Germany’s digital transformation and for building scalable public services within the EU.
